A reservation deposit by online payment services or bank transfer is required within 24 hours after an inquiry in order to confirm a booking.
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The security deposit is refundable upon check-out after inspection of the accommodation. The security deposit can be paid in any currency by cash or card and depends on the term of stay: 1-10 nights – 5,000 THB; 11-20 nights – 10,000 THB; 21-60 nights – 20,000 THB.
Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of the property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible during their stay.
Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park Resort reserves the right to retain the guest security deposit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the company as a result of the aforesaid.
Transfers from/to Phuket International Airport (distance 50 km, expected time 1 hour) by minibus (up to 8 adults with the luggage).
For an airport transfer, please provide the flight details (date, time and flight number). Extra airport transfer charge will be applied.
Please note that the transfer should be ordered at least 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to provide the transfer service and refuse to refund for it.
VILLA TYPES; EXTRA PERSON AND EXTRA BED POLICY
Incl. as per chart: CHD 0 – 11.99 years old – free of charge sharing bed with parents or in baby crib (length 120 cm).
Extra (maximum 1) CHD 0 – 2.99 years old - free of charge sharing bed with parents or in baby crib (length 120 cm).
Extra (maximum 1) CHD 3 – 11.99 years old – 1000 THB/night on extra bed or sofa in the living room.
Extra (maximum 1) AD 12 years old – onwards – 1500 THB/night on extra bed or sofa in the living room.
Maximum 1 extra bed per villa upon availability on check-in only.
(no extra bed can be provided in 2 BR Pool Villa in Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park).
Maximum 1 baby crib per villa upon availability on check-in only.
*Any deviations from the rules above should be discussed with the Reservation department in advance.
*Price for extra pax includes breakfast package only if originally the booking includes breakfast.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in and cancel the booking without a refund due to guest non-compliance with the hotel policies. Or in this case, an upgrade for a bigger room by availability and by its costs can be done.
Smoking is prohibited inside of the villas, please do not smoke inside.
If the smell is detected, the guest will be charged a smoke-cleaning fee of 10,000 THB.
Administration may cancel the rental agreement if smoking in the room continues after given notice.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Project, its employees and guests and their health and safety
Guests who need to cancel or modify a booking should contact the Reservation Department as soon as possible.
Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions depending on the booking rate:

Early check-out by reasons beyond the hotel control = No Refund issued.

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason, forfeit their paid deposit and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Amendment or Cancellation must be made in a written notice to the provided email or contact form on the website. Rates are charged in Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shown on a monthly statement in other currencies sent to the guest by the respective card company might be slightly different from the hotel quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
Upon the guest request for cancellation within the cancellation policy Hotel will start the refund process. The terms of refund can be but not restricted as follows:

If the refund by the original payment method is not possible, the refund will be processed by bank transfer. All bank transaction fees are subject to payment by the guest.

Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park Resort is responsible for providing the room(s) and Add-Ons stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions. The hotel does not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond the hotel control. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park resort will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through the Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park resort Website or during the guest stay at a Hotel.
The Hotel accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extremely adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, any type of pandemic and epidemic, any state of emergency, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or another utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park resort reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park resort Website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice
